In many teams sourcing comes in waves. It usually receives a lot of attention when pipelines are empty and recruiters have tricky roles to fill. In this module we want to focus on strategies that will help you to implement a holistic sourcing approach in the long run.

Sourcing is not just about finding LinkedIn profiles. You will also learn more about market mapping, AI supported research and sourcing on other platforms. 

Sourcing Tool Box

It's impossible to know and use every sourcing tool or Chrome extension out there. Let us know what your team is struggling with most and we will put together a few easy to use examples you can implement right after the workshop.

There are a few general rules to get more responses to your outreach messages...but everyone has their secret sauce. We want share ours with you, and some data of course.

Setup

We offer full day and half day workshops. For remote teams it's possible to book separate blocks of 1.5 hrs each.

On-Site vs. remote

We offer our workshops on-site or digitally. For a full day training we actually prefer to drop by.

We strongly believe that sourcing is probably the most important skill-set on any modern talent acquisition team. Story

Get to Know Us

Both of us started working together around 2017. Alex was working as an in-house recruiter at that time and reached out to a recruitment agency to help with some pretty difficult roles. Ewelina was the sourcing specialist on the agency's side who ran the search for those engineering jobs. We soon realized there are a lot of differences between the "recruitment worlds" we both worked in and started mentoring each other about the different approaches in talent acquisition. It took us a few more years, actually an entire pandemic, to figure out that other recruiters might be interested in that pool of knowledge we built since then. Well, better late than never ...
